Roberto Santilli (born February 22, 1965) is a former Italian volleyball player, head coach of Polish club Indykpol AZS Olsztyn.

Career as head coach

In 2002 Italian men's national team U21 coached by Santilli won gold at 2002 U21 European Championship held in Katowice, Poland. In 2007 he moved to Jastrzębski Węgiel. With Polish team he achieved bronze medal of 2008/2009 Polish Championship and silver medal of 2009/2010 Polish Championship. Also, in 2010 they won Polish Cup. In 2010 left Polish club and went to Russian VC Iskra Odintsovo,[1] which achieved bronze at 2011/2012 Russian Championship. Then for half season he coached Andreoli Latina. Santilli was a consultant and assistant to head coach of the German men's national team Vital Heynen, that won a bronze medal at the 2014 World Championship.[2] Season 2014/2015 he spent as head coach of MKS Banimex Bedzin.[3] In 2015 he was chosen to be the new head coach of Australia men's national volleyball team.[4] On April 11, he was presented as a new head coach of Polish club Indykpol AZS Olsztyn.[5]
