Rimrock Mall is a shopping mall located in Billings, Montana. It is managed by Starwood Capital Group. Rimrock Mall is Montana's largest and most successful mall. A fast-growing tourist trade and the lack of a state sales tax further add to the sales success of the property. The center is one mile (1.6 km) from Interstate 90 in the rapidly growing sector of Billings on 24th Street West. The mall has a unique anchor history in that Dillard's has over time occupied 3 of 4 anchor locations (former Hennessey's, and now former Ward's and The Denver/J.C. Penney), J.C. Penney has occupied 2 of 4 anchor locations (former The Denver, and now former Hennessey's/Dillard's), and in recent memory, Herberger's is closing after relocating to a vacant space adjacent to Dillard's Men's & Children formerly occupied by Scheels, who in turn relocated to a two-story 220,000 sq ft. space at Shiloh Crossing in 2014.

Coordinates: 45°45′55″N 108°34′39″W / 45.7652°N 108.5776°W / 45.7652; -108.5776 The current anchors are Dillard's, Herberger's, JCPenney, and H&M. Neighboring freestanding locations include a 10-screen movie theater multiplex managed by AMC Theatres, a now-vacant 105,000 sq ft. building that originally opened as a Kmart in 1970, and a shopping center anchored by Target (which opened in 1981) and TJ Maxx to the north of J.C. Penney.

Recent developments included clearing out a former movie theater site that for 18 years experienced vacancy or partial use to install a new Krispy Kreme[2] store and filling up the majority of the former Herberger's space with Montana's second H&M store, Billings' second Famous Footwear[3] location, and a new gymnastics facility[4]. There have also been talks to replace the 48-year old Kmart building with a new shopping center anchored by WinCo Foods[5], who currently has no presence in Montana but has demonstrated interest to expand there, with additional proposed locations in Bozeman[6] and Helena[7].
