Richard Manu (born January 20, 1974) is a former Ghanaian footballer who played as a defender.
Career
Born in Ghana, Manu moved from Eimsbütteler TV to Borussia Neunkirchen in the 96–97 season. In 2003, he left the club to join SG Eintracht Bad Kreuznach. A year later, he signed with TuRu 1880 Düsseldorf. In 2006, he moved to SC Halberg Brebach (German Third division).[1][2] He joined Asante Kotoko in October 2007 after training with the club during its training tour in Germany.[3]
International
Manu was a member of the Ghanaian national football team, the Black Stars. He was called up for the Black Stars for the game versus Mexico on March 26, 2008.[4]
