General elections were held in the Republika Srpska entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 7 October 2018 as part of the Bosnian general elections. Incumbent President Milorad Dodik was ineligible for re-election; incumbent Prime Minister Željka Cvijanović was nominated and elected to the Presidency, running on a joint Alliance of Independent Social DemocratsDemocratic People's AllianceSocialist Party platform, whilst Alliance of Independent Social Democrats remained the largest in the National Assembly.
