Raynard van Tonder (born 26 September 1998) is a South African cricketer.[1] He made his first-class debut for Free State in the 2016–17 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup on 6 October 2016.[2] He made his List A debut for Free State in the 2016–17 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge on 9 October 2016.[3] He made his Twenty20 debut for Free State in the 2017 Africa T20 Cup on 8 September 2017.[4]

In December 2017, he was named as the captain of South Africa's squad for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.[5] He was the leading run-scorer for South Africa in the tournament, with 348 runs.[6] Following South Africa's matches in the tournament, the International Cricket Council (ICC) named van Tonder as the rising star of the squad.[7]

In July 2018, he was named in the Cricket South Africa Emerging Squad.[8]
