Rasul Khadem Azghadi (Persian: رسول خادم ازغدی, born March 18, 1972 in Mashhad) is a former Iranian wrestler who has won a Bronze medal in the 1992 Summer Olympics and a gold medal in the 1996 Summer Olympics. He was also the 1994 and 1995 world champion and the 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996 Asian champion. He was trained by his father Mohammad Khadem, and he is the brother of Amir Reza Khadem.

He is currently President of Iran Wrestling Federation, being elected for the position on 4 January 2014. He is also the technical director of Iran's wrestling national teams and head coach of Iran's freestyle wrestling national team since January 2012. In addition, he has been elected as Executive Board member of National Olympic Committee of Iran on 20 January 2014.

He was previously also a Tehran City councilor from 2003 - 2013.
