Ras ben Sakka

Ras ben Sakka is the northmost point of the African continent,[1] located 15 kilometres from Bizerte, the northmost city in Africa on the Mediterranean Sea, 22 kilometres to the northeast of the Ichkeul Lake World Heritage Site, in Tunisia. It is located at 37.346983N, 9.754608E, just 950 meters west of "Ras al-Abyad" (Cap Blanc), which is often mentioned as the northern tip of Africa. Apparently, Ras ben Sakka reached about 30 meters further north than the other.[2]
