Raoul Servais (born 1 May 1928) is an award-winning Belgian filmmaker, animator, and comics artist. [1] He was born in Ostend. Servais was awarded with Lifetime Achievement Award at the World Festival of Animated Film - Animafest Zagreb in 2016.[2]

He is best known for the 1979 animated film Harpya. [3]
