R. Ramalinga Reddy is an Indian politician and seven-time member of the Legislative Assembly from Bangalore, from the Jayanagar constituency four times, and thrice from BTM Layout constituency.[1]
Ramalinga Reddy was inducted as Cabinet minister on May 2013 as Minister for Transport and Bengaluru Development. He was the Home Minister of Karnataka for a brief period. He contested in the Karnataka 2018 polls along with his daughter Soumya Reddy. He was re-elected from the BTM Layout constituency.
