OPM Against Drugs was the festival's official theme for 2017. It consists of 100 acts in 5 stages and was held at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on January 14, 2017. Special guests include officials from the Philippine National Police. However, a few days before the event, some of the acts were cancelled their performance sets due to uncertain reasons, including those who are against President Rodrigo Duterte's drug war campaign.[5]
