Rajesh Munat (born April 29, 1963) is an Indian politician from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He has been elected in 3 Assembly elections from the seat of West constituency in Raipur.[1][2] Munat was born in the village of Mandsour in Malwa district, Madhya Pradesh. He has been living in Raipur since his childhood. His father's name is late Shri Punamchand Ji Munat. Shri Rajesh Munat was first elected to Vidhan Sabha in a by-election in Raipur West constituency in year 2003 as a supported by Bharatiya Janata Party.[3] He is cabinet minister in the Bharatiya Janata Party-governed Indian state of Chhattisgarh Pradesh, as PWD minister he is responsible for law and order.[4]
