Rajendra Prasad is an Indian cinematographer, writer, director and producer. A graduate in science from Osmania University and law from Mumbai University, he studied cinema at the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune from 1985 to 1988.

Career

Rajendra started his career as director of photography in 1988 and debuted as writer, director and producer for a Telugu feature film, Nirantharam, in 1995, which was shot in Andhra Pradesh and Mumbai.

He has also done several films as director of photography. In 2006, he cinematographed Saawan... The Love Season starring Salman Khan, directed by Saawan Kumar Tak
