Rafael García Tinajero Pérez (Nacio el 19 Febrero de 1960) es un político mexicano afiliado al Partido de la Revolución Democrática ].Actualmente ocupa el puesto de subsecretario de salud en el estado de Michoacan, En el 2014 fue diputado de la LIX Legislatura the el congreso mexicano ]] representando Michoacán. También fue director del Hospilal Civil y encargado del REPSS.[1]
