Raelene Castle ONZM (born 30 September 1970) is the Chief Executive Officer of Rugby Australia, succeeding former CEO Bill Pulver. Castle was selected for the role in December 2017, with the appointment becoming effective January 2018.

Castle was born in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Australia.[1] She was Chief Executive for Netball New Zealand from 2007 to 2013.[2]

Castle was the CEO of Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs from 2013 until 2017.[3] In becoming the Bulldogs CEO, Castle became the first female to ever be a CEO of a club in the National Rugby League since the formation of the competition in 1998. At the end of the 2017 season, she was replaced by Rugby League World Cup boss Andrew Hill.[4]

In the 2015 New Year Honours, Castle was appointed an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services to sport and business.[5]

Her father is Bruce Castle, a former New Zealand Kiwis captain, and her mother is Marlene Castle, a four-times New Zealand Commonwealth Games lawn bowls representative.[6]
