They are commonly known as Britain's largest family, consisting of father Noel, mother Sue, and 20 children; their 17th, Alfie Thomas, was stillborn.[2]

The 2018 20 Kids and Counting covered their 25th wedding anniversary and the birth of their 20th child.[4][6]
