Rachel Neylan (born 9 March 1982) is an Australian professional road cyclist. She won a silver medal at the 2012 World Championships in the women's road race event.[2] She won the inaugural women's Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race in January 2015.[3] Prior to her professional cycling career she worked as a physiotherapist for the Australian rowing team.[4]
