Qutuqtu

Qutuqtu (Chinese: 忽覩都, Mongolian: Хутагт) was a son of Tolui and Lingqun khatun (daughter of Kuchlug).[1]He took part in Ogedei khan's invasion of Song[2]. However he was killed in battle with Song general Meng Yu (孟珙).

Family

He left no male descendants, but a daughter called Kelmish Agha, who was instrumental in cementing Yuan-Golden Horde alliance who daughter Oljai khatun with Saljidai married to Toqta khan of Golden Horde. His full-sister Ile Temür married to Pars Buqa (grandson of Quduka beki of the Oirat tribe).[3]
