Puvisha Manoharan is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi movies. She is also a Model and classical Bharatanatyam dancer.

Personal life

Manoharan was born in Malaysia to Tamil parents. She grew up practicing Bharatanatyam, hockey, swimming, martial arts and athletics.[1]

Acting career

Before working in films, she started to teach and dance Bharatanatyam and travelled in the US to perform. Despite being Malaysian, she started her film career debut with the Tamil film Paradesi [1] directed by Bala. She appeared with Deepika Padukone nad Shah Rukh Khan in the film Chennai Express directed by Rohit Shetty. She later had a role in the Kannada film Jil Jil and in the Telugu film Jaganayakudu.[2]
