Prince Aymeric of Belgium (Aymeric Auguste Marie; born 13 December 2005 ) is the third child of Prince Laurent and Princess Claire of Belgium. He is currently 14th in the line of succession after his two older siblings to the Belgian throne.

Family and early life

Prince Aymeric was born prematurely at the Saint-Luc University Hospital in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Belgium. He has an older sister, Princess Louise (born 2004), and an older twin brother, Prince Nicolas.

Aymeric is currently attending the same school as his sister and brother, which is the Lycée Français de Bruxelles.[1]

On 29 May 2014, he and his brother Prince Nicolas made their first communion at Sainte-Catherine Bonlez, a district of Chaumont-Gistoux in the province of Walloon Brabant, with the royal family in attendance.[2][3]
