Primo Smallgoods, based in Chullora in Western Sydney, Australia, is the largest producer of ham, bacon and smallgoods in the Southern Hemisphere.

It was founded in 1985, and now has more than 4,000 employees.

In June 2010, Primo was fined $233,325 with $200,000 in costs for mis-labelling bacon as Australian in origin.[1]
