Politics of the Middle East

The Politics of the Middle East is complicated, multifaceted and different from other regions due to the oil resources in the region and the contemporary conflicts including Iran–Iraq War, Invasion of Kuwait, United States invasion of Afghanistan, 2003 invasion of Iraq, the Arab Spring and the emergence of Islamist groups like Taliban and ISIL.[1]
