Poke (pudding)

Poke or "Po'e" is a dessert from the Cook Islands and French Polynesia that is made out of over-ripe bananas, arrowroot starch[1] or tapioca starch and coconut cream.[2] There is a pumpkin version of the dish as well.[3][4]
