Podgrađe (Serbian Cyrillic: Подграђе) or Pogragja (Albanian: Pogragjë), is a village in the municipality of Gjilan in Kosovo. It is situated on the right bank of the Binačka Morava River, at the southeast end of Binačko Pomoravlje. It was first mentioned in 1395 in a charter by which Princess Milica of Serbia donated it to Saint Panteleimon Monastery at Mount Athos. The village is inhabited by an Albanian ethnic majority.
