The Negros Cave frog (Platymantis spelaea or Platymantis spelaeus) is a species of frog in the Ceratobatrachidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines, where it is found in southern Negros. It inhabits forested limestone karst and caves.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, caves, and subterranean habitats (other than caves). It is threatened by habitat loss.
