The Philippine Racing Commission (Filipino: Komisyon ng Karera sa Pilipinas), often abbreviated as Philracom, is the governing and regulating body of horse racing in the Philippines. The organization was established in March 20, 1974 through Presidential Decree No. 420 which was signed by then President Ferdinand Marcos.[1]

In April 2016, the Philracom got accepted as a member of the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities.[2][3]

The Games and Amusement Board assists the PRC in regard to betting aspects involving horse racing.[4]
