Philip M. Rhinelander

The Rt. Rev. Philip Mercer Rhinelander

Philip Mercer Rhinelander (1869–1939) was Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania from 1911 to 1923. He graduated from Harvard University in 1891.[1]
