Philip Cummins

Philip Cummins AM[1] is an Australian lawyer and former judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria.[2] Cummins was the presiding judge in the trials of the Silk–Miller police murders, the death of Daniel Valerio and the trial of Robert Farquharson .[3] As of 2017 Cummins is the chairperson of the Victorian Law Reform Commission.[4]
