Petrophile recurva is a shrub endemic to Western Australia.[1]

The erect and many-branched shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 2 metres (1.6 to 6.6 ft). It blooms between May and October producing yellow-cream flowers.

It is found in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia between Coorow and Gingin where it grows in sandy-gravelly soils over laterite.[1]
