Petrophile latericola is a shrub endemic to Western Australia.[1]

The many-branched shrub typically grows to a height of 0.4 to 1.5 metres (1.3 to 4.9 ft). It blooms in November producing yellow flowers.

It is found on winter wet flats in the South West region of Western Australia near Busselton where it grows in lateritic clay soils.[1]
