Peter Taylor is a Liberal Democrat politician and the second directly elected Mayor of Watford in the United Kingdom. He was elected in the 2018 election[1], succeeding Dorothy Thornhill. In the election, Taylor won 15,931 votes, defeating Labour candidate Jagtar Singh Dhindsa and Conservative candidate George Jabbour. He previously served as Deputy Mayor and councillor for Oxhey Ward.[2]
