Penumalli Madhu

Penumalli Madhu, a politician from Communist Party of India (Marxist), is CPI(M) Andhra Pradesh state secretary.[1] He was a ex.Member of the Parliament of India representing Andhra Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament.
