Peet Limited (ASX: PPC) is an Australian real estate development company based in Perth Western Australia. It has operations in Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland,[2] New South Wales and Victoria.[3] The company is based in Perth, Western Australia.[4][5][6]

The current Managing director and chief executive is Brendan Gore.[7]

History

The company was founded in 1895 as Peet and Bastow by James Thomas 'JT' Peet (1863-1935) who came from Victoria.[1] Originally, he came from England. The company was incorporated in 1905 as Peet and Company Ltd.[1]

Business

Peet is involved in three areas of the real estate industry.[8]

  • Land development of new housing estates.
  • Town house developments
  • Commercial real estate - shopping malls, offices and childcare centres.
