Paul D. Allison

Paul David Allison is an American statistician and sociologist.

Upon graduating from St. Louis University, Allison pursued graduate study at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After receiving his doctorate in sociology, he completed postdoctoral research at the University of Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania. He taught at Penn for three decades and later became president of Statistical Horizons. Allison was elected a fellow of the American Statistical Association in 2010.[1][2]
