Parkview Estate

Parkview Estate is a luxurious suburb of Ikoyi in Lagos. It is bordered by Gerrard Road and Banana Island. The estate is majorly residential. However, some private firms have offices and guest houses in the estate.

The estate also hosts several hotels like Pearl Court Residence & Hotels,[1] Parkview Astoria Hotel,[2] Upperclass Suites and several others.

Reports have it that there have been no case of theft in the past decade due to the estate's top level security.
