Parkdale High School (PHS) is a public magnet high school located in Riverdale Park, Maryland. It is part of the Prince George's County Public Schools system. Enrollment was 2,197 students in grades nine through twelve as of 2016.
The attendance boundary is situated roughly south and west of Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway), north of US 50 and East-West Highway, and east of College Park. Surrounding high schools include Bladensburg to the south, DuVal to the east, Eleanor Roosevelt to the northeast, High Point to the north, and Northwestern to the west.
It serves:[1] much of the Town of Riverdale Park,[2] the Town of Berwyn Heights,[3] most of the City of New Carrollton,[4] a section of the City of College Park,[5] a section of East Riverdale CDP,[6] much of Landover Hills CDP,[7] and Woodlawn CDP.[8]
It hosts an International Baccalaureate (IB) magnet program.
