Palace (hotel)

Palace is a term used in France to describe a luxury hotel. Since 2010, the title has been officially designated by Atout France as a grade classification of certain French hotels, around half of which are located in Paris.[1]

  1. ↑ Some hotels have two or more restaurants, each having their own Michelin star(s).
  2. ↑ Certes, les bâtiments furent construits d'abord dans les années 1970. Toutefois, l'établissement fut abandonné avant que Michel Reybier ne l'acquière en 1997. Reybier l'ouvrit à nouveau en 2003 comme douze villas possédant 51 chambres. Enfin, sous la direction de l'architecte Jean-Michel Wilmotte, actuellement un des jurés, l'établissement fut transformé en 2009 en hôtel de luxe, seules 7 chambres et 16 suites. Donc, il n'existe pas de continuité entre deux gestions.
