Paenarthrobacter nitroguajacolicus, other name of its is Arthrobacter nitroguajacolicus, is a bacterium species from the genus of Paenarthrobacter which has been isolated from soil in the Czech Republic.[2][3][4] Arthrobacter nitroguajacolicus has the ability to degrade 4-nitroguaiacol.[5]

Before the year 2016, this bacterium species was said to be a species of Arthrobacter genus. The bacterium species is reclassified in 2016 to be a member of Paenarthrobacter. Therefore it had a new name as Paenarthrobacter nitroguajacolicus.[6]
