Pachythelia villosella is a moth of the Psychidae family. It is found in Europe.[1]

The wingspan is 13–15 mm for males.[2] They have dull brownish-grey wings. Females are wingless. Adults are on wing in June and July.[3]

The larvae feed on Calluna and Sarothamnus species from within a case.[4]
