Paavo Nikula

Paavo Nikula (born 15 August 1942 in Helsinki) is a former Chancellor of Justice of Finland and a former Member of the Parliament of Finland. He served as the Minister of Justice from 1978-1979[1]. He announced his resignation as Chancellor of Justice on 26 April, 2007, effective at the end of June.[2] During his term, Nikula voiced opposition to a proposal that would allow employers to monitor the emails of their employees.[3]
