Prince Tom Iyamu is his father, Princess Evelyn Iyamu is his mother[1] and Princess Elizabeth Olowu is his aunt.[2][3][4] His creative family introduced him to music at a young age and early influences included George Duke and Earth Wind & Fire.[5]

At the age of four his family moved to Nigeria. He studied at Government College Eric Moore in Lagos for three years then was moved to a military academy, The Command Day Secondary School.[6] He received a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The Nigerian Defence Academy in Kaduna state. After completing his higher studies, he moved to London in 1988.[7]

DJing

Iyamu started using the stage name P Tee Money when he began his career as a DJ in the early nineties playing in nightclubs and other small venues. He worked with female Rap artist Weird MC aka The Rappatainer and toured venues in the UK.[8][9] In the late 90s this career was paused as he focused on modeling and acting. When he returned to music his style developed into Progressive House. He has released three albums and many singles.[5]
