P Balachandra Menon

P Balachandra Menon ( b 17 Mar 1911, d 14 Dec 1984 ) was a politician from Indian State of Kerala and belong to CPI party. He was member of Kerala legislative assembly in 1957 and 1960.

He represent Kerala in Rajya Sabha, The Council of States of India parilament during 1967 to 1973.[1]

He died on 14/12/1984.[2]
