Ozarcus is an extinct genus of falcatid ratfish from the Carboniferous period. The type species, Ozarcus mapesae, was named after its discoverer, Royal H. Mapes.[1] It was discovered in the Fayetteville Formation, known from a single, possibly crushed, skull.
