History

In 2015, after the bankruptcy of Cyprus Airways, it was announced that Fly Orion Airways would begin operations from Larnaca International Airport and would the first value-fare airline located in South Eastern Europe and aims to connect Cyprus with the Middle East, Asia and the whole of Europe.

As of September 2017, the airline has yet to begin operations with the initial aircraft waiting to be delivered.[1]
