Oregon Sentinel

The Oregon Sentinel was a newspaper in Jacksonville, Oregon from 1858 to 1888.[1][2] It was founded by William G. T'Vault.[2] It succeeded the Table Rock Sentinel, also founded by T'Vault, which was published from 1855 to 1858.[3]

It was the only Republican paper in southern Oregon at the time. It was edited by Joseph P. Gaston.[4]
