"One Finger and a Fist" is a song by American rock band Drowning Pool and is the second single from Resilience.[1] Being one of the first tracks with Jasen Moreno on lead vocals,[2] the song was featured on WWE's Slammy Awards[1] and offered as a free download in December 2012.[2] A lyric video was created for the song in January 2013[3] with an official video premiered in February 2013.[4]

Music Video

Bassist Stevie Benton commented on music video "It was funny, when we first got the treatment that the director for the video put together, we were all sitting around reading it and I was like "I don't know if it goes with the song, chicks beating each other up, how are people going to view that?” Nobody wanted to be the guy that said “You know what? I don't want to spend my day watching a bunch of half naked chicks rip each other's clothes off. That just doesn't sound like fun." (Laughs) So, we just stuck with it.[5]
