One Central is a mixed-use development jointly developed with Hongkong Land, comprising residential, hotel, retail and serviced apartments in Macau, China.
Location
One Central is located at NAPE (i.e.Novos Aterros do Porto Exterior), next to MGM Macau at the waterfront and facing Taipa. It houses Mandarin Oriental Macau.
History
One Central's residential units and retail mall got completed in 2009. The Mandarin Oriental Macau and serviced apartments completed in 2010.[1]
