Omkaram is a 1997 Telugu action film directed by Upendra making his directorial debut in Telugu. The film stars Dr. Rajasekhar, Prema and Bhagyashree Patwardhan in lead roles.[2] The film was a remake of Kannada film Om with Prema reprising her role in the remake. But the Telugu version did average success when compared to blockbuster in original version.[3] The film was dubbed in Tamil with the same name.
