Omandur is a village in Marakkanam onetriyam in Tindivanam taluk in Villupuram district in Tamil Nadu state in India. Omandur is located in Tindivanam to Pondicherry NH 66, 8 km from main town Tindivanam and 32 km from Pondicherry, 56.7 km far from its District Main City Villupuram . It is 102 km far from its State Main City Chennai. The first and foremost former chief minister O.P. Ramasamy Reddiyar was born and brought up in this village.
