Olha Freimut, name at birth Olha Mihailivna Konik, in the marriage of Lokotko (Ukrainian: Ольга Фреймут, Ukrainian: Ольга Михайлівна Коник-Фреймут; February 25, 1982, Novyi Rozdil, Ukrainian SSR) – Ukrainian TV presenter, journalist, writer and model.

Biography

Olga was born on February 25, 1982, in Novyi Rozdil, Lviv Oblast. Father - footballer, mother - master of swimming sport. In an early childhood, he attended matches with the participation of his father. [3] For eight years he studied at the piano at the music school.[1]

Masters Degree in International Journalism at the University of Lviv and City, University of London, where he received a diploma magna cum laude. During his studies he worked as a waitress.[2]

Career

Worked as a journalist in the BBC. Filmed in advertising. After Orange Revolution returned from London to Kyiv, where she got a job in the international department on Channel 5. Later she realised that work of international journalist does not satisfy her. For a time she worked as a journalist in the fashion-program "Breakfast with 1+1".[3]

In 2008, the morning show on 1+1 was closed. About the casting on the morning show at "Novyi Kanal" channel she learned from the producer and journalist Lyudmila Padlevska [4] and after a successful trial was the co-presenter of "Pidyom" with Oleksandr Pedan and Serhiy Prytula. 27 May 2011 released the last broadcast of "Pidyom" in this format.

She writes articles about fashion. In the future, plans to seriously engage in "fashion journalism".[5][6][7] In 2010, the face of a new collection of Ukrainian designer Oksana Karavanskaya.[8]

From June 2011, together with Dima Kolyadenko led the program "Shoumaniya." 4 March 2012 the project was closed.[9]

In the summer, Olga took part in the filming of the talk show "Olya" of the Novyi Kanal, the show became the first legal adaptation of the famous American format "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" or shortly "Ellen" in the world.
