Oleksandr Semenovych Presman (Ukrainian: Олександр Семенович Пресман, was born on April 10, 1961, Kiev; Ukraine) — public and political statesman. He is a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VIIth and VIIIth convocations[2].

Education

Work Activity

  • From 1983 to 1984 — a master chief, a site supervisor, an overseer, the head dispatcher of «Ministry of Ukraine».
  • 1989 — 1992 — depchief of Production and Processing Equipment Agency (PPEA) at «Glavukrneftegazstroi».
  • From 1991 to 1998 — worked at private enterprises.
  • 1998 — 2005 — advising assistant of a People's Deputy of Ukraine.
  • 2005 — 2006 — assistant of the Ministry of Transportation and Communication (Ukraine)[3],
  • 2011 — 2012 — the president of volleyball club «Jinestra».

Political Activity

  • 2010 — 2012 — a representative of Odessa Oblast Rada[4]. The Head of the permanent committee of Odessa Oblast Rada on the questions of interregional and international cooperation and investing activity.
  • People’s deputy of the VIIth convocation. At the Parliamentary elections in 2012 he was elected a people’s depute of Ukraine at parliamentary elections at single member majority electoral district № 139, Odessa Oblast. In accordance with the elections results, he won having got 53,58 % of votes.[5]
  • People’s deputy of the VIIIth convocation. At the parliamentary elections was being elected on single member electoral district №139, Odessa Oblast, a self nominated candidate, he got 42.54% of votes.

The date of deputies’ importance comes into power on November 27, 2014. Member of the deputy group "Party "Revival". Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Budget. The member of the group of parliamentary contacts with Sweden Kingdom. The member of the group of parliamentary contacts with the Italian RepublicTitles.
